There is no UK company and no UK address; anything ordered from getscentech.com is shipped from the Netherlands.

Orders, returns and warranty

Questions about an order, a return or the one-year warranty go to the shop rather than to us as publishers, at the same email address. Returns run for 30 days from receipt, with a further 14 days to send the product back. If you bought one of the other diffusers on this site, the retailer you bought it from — John Lewis & Partners, Tisserand or HoMedics — handles the return under its own terms, not ours.
